About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to our customers.

You will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and strategic partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with business goals

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives

  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses

  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales cycles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
